 Tracking Technologies Used

Serrano Properties tracks IP addresses in order to better understand from where our visitors are coming and how we can best serve them.  YOUR PRIVACY IS OUR CONCERN
We recognize the importance of protecting your personal information. We collect and retain information about you to communicate with you, to process your requests for products and services, and to inform you about other financial services that may be of interest to you. Except as explained here in our Privacy Policy, we do not sell personal information about current or former customers, nor do we share this type of information with anyone other than those providers listed in our Provider Network. We will not share any information unless you first give your consent which is accomplished by the submission of your information to us.  INFORMATION WE COLLECT
If you choose, and only if you choose to use the services of Serrano Properties we may request and may collect the following personal information about you:

• Contact information – your name, address, phone number and email address. If you submit personal information for a Home Loan, we will share all of the information with the Providers with whom you are matched. We also use your email address to send you confirmation of your Provider matches, as well as any newsletter or other offers which you opt-in to receive.
• Current financial situation – your loan needs, estimated income and debt, estimate of your credit status, employment status, homeownership status, timeframe for buying a home, home value or mortgage information. We use this information to match you with those providers who will best be able to help you and your situation.
• Driving record – information about your driving record and history if you are requesting information about auto insurance. We use this information to match you with those providers who will best be able to help you and your situation; this information is not passed to providers.
• Credit card information – whether or not you have a credit card, your interest in a credit card reward product or the type of card you are interested in. We use this information to match you with those providers who will best be able to help you and your situation; this information is not passed to providers.
• Vehicle information – the type and year of your vehicle if you are requesting information on an auto loan. We use this information to match you with those providers who will best be able to help you and your situation; this information is not passed to providers.

 WHO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH AND WHY
Except as discussed herein, we will only share your personal information with those companies listed in our Provider Network and then only if we have obtained your consent by your submission of your information to us. Once we have received your information we will attempt to match you with up to four Providers listed in our Provider Network. If at least four matches are not made at the time of submission we will continue to attempt to match you with up to four Providers during the 60 days following submission. After you have been matched with up to four Providers, the Providers will be contacting you using the contact information that you provided to Serrano Properties. It will then be for you to decide with which Providers, you will move forward with

 SHARING INFORMATION WITH AFFILIATES
We will not share your information with our affiliates unless they are listed as a Service Provider in our Provider Network and then, only with your prior consent which is obtained by your submission of information to us. Providers have agreed to only use this personal information for the purpose of fulfilling the products and services that you have requested. Providers are prohibited from using your information for other purposes. If you feel that a Provider has misused your personal information, please contact the Provider directly with your concern. Additionally, you should contact Serrano Properties at help@zanoloans.com to notify us of any misuse by any of our Providers.

 CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY
We restrict access to your personal information to only those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information against unauthorized access or use.

If you do provide personal information, such as address, e-mail, telephone and fax numbers, as well as demographic and customer identification, it will be sent to us over a secure connection using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. When you submit your personal information to us, through a Savings Request, SSL encrypts the data and we (and only we) then decode the data upon receipt.
